The cabin sits in the scenic mountain winding roads of the Sky Harbor community, giving you easy driving access to both Pigeon Forge (approx. 10–15 mins) and Downtown Gatlinburg (approx. 15–20 mins). 4WD/AWD Note: Standard vehicles manage fine during most of the year. However, if you are visiting during winter snow or ice, 4-wheel drive or snow chains are strongly recommended for mountain roads! ❄️ 📱 Rideshares (Uber & Lyft) Uber and Lyft operate in the area, which is great for a night out on the Parkway or visiting local distilleries! Tip: Rideshare wait times up in the mountains can be longer than in major cities. It’s best to schedule rides in advance or request your ride early when heading out for dinner or shows! 🅿️ Parking Tips The Parkway (Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg): Public paid parking lots and garages are widely available near major hubs, including The Island in Pigeon Forge (free parking with tram service!) and near Anakeesta/Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg.
